BOOKING &
CANCELLATION POLICY:
 | 'Alaskan Husky Adventures' guarantees that your personal
information, including name, e-mail, phone, address, credit card, or
any other personal information shared with us, SHALL
REMAIN IN OUR FILES ONLY FOR OUR USE AND/OR FUTURE REFERENCE.
With the exception: great photos taken by our staff, or you, may be
used on our web site for promotional purposes. We will respect your
right to privacy if you request that your, or your family photo not be
included! |
| A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. |
| Last minute bookings ( within 3 days) do not require a down payment. |
| Trips may be secured with a Visa #. Trips that are secured with a credit card # will be charged 50% of
trip total when less than 30 days cancellation notice is given. |
| 30 days notice is required if customer wishes to cancel, and deposit
will be refunded, less a 10% processing fee. |
| Deposit will not be refunded if customer gives less than 30 days
cancellation notice. |
| Parent/Guardian signature is required for anyone under 18 years old. |
| Children under the age of 5 may ride for free with a parent/guardian
if a waiver of liability is signed to include the child's name. |
| 'Alaskan Husky Adventures' reserves the right to cancel, or change
without notice, a trip which jeopardizes the health and safety of the
sled dogs and/or the guides due to weather, trail conditions, or unforeseen
circumstances. |
| 'Alaskan Husky Adventures' reserves the right to refuse service to
anyone deemed undesirable, including anyone under the influence of
drugs/alcohol, at the discretion of the guide. |
| Consumption of alcoholic beverages before a scheduled trip by a
customer with the intention of operating a sled, is prohibited. |
