DAY  TRIPS!  


NO EXPERIENCE necessary - all ages and abilities welcome! 
Let us share with you the true back-country dogsledding experience. This is not your typical tour company. 

 


You will have the privilege of helping to prepare your world class dog team. You can also choose to drive your own dog sled, or have a guide do the driving while you sit and relax in the sled.

 


DAY TRIPS

 'A JOURNEY'
package option...

A half day trip on a peaceful, wilderness trail in the Clearwater area - whether you're driving or riding in the sled, this magical journey will leave you wanting more! 
Allow 3-4 hours.
   $270 per sled (1 or 2 people per sled)

 'A TREK'
package option...

A full day in the back-country in the Clearwater area. Cover a minimum of 20 kilometers listening to the swish of the sled runners, and the hypnotic panting of these amazing athletes! Drive a team or ride in the sled. Includes a light packed lunch for out on the trail.  
Allow 5 hours.
  $370 per sled (1 or 2 people per sled) *

 

'ALPINE HIGH'

Reach the ultimate heights in dogsledding! A little more challenging - travel above tree line to experience some awesome scenery. Includes a light packed lunch for out on the trail. 
Allow 5 hours or more.  $500 per sled

'THE EXTREME'

We are proud to offer dogsledding as an extreme sport for the adventurous type! You will have to sit in the sled and let a guide do the driving. Bring your video camera and get ready to HANG ON! Like nothing you've ever experienced before.

Trips DO NOT include transportation to/from trails and accommodations.
Our season begins in DECEMBER and TYPICALLY ends sometime MID APRIL.
Great family activity. Our dogs LOVE kids!
Share a team, drive an escorted team or ride in the sled. 
Please remember that you are responsible for appropriate clothing/outdoor gear including winter boots, hat, and gloves.  See our 'Got Good Gear??' page for more information. 
You must be at least 14 years old to drive your own team.
