We are currently looking to sell this portion of our dogsledding tour business, as we are overwhelmed with business at our other locations... This product has been developing for 8 years, and we have a very positive, well-established reputation. Our dream now is for the back-country business to continue to grow and evolve without us, while maintaining a superior, professional product. Clearwater is a wonderful, family oriented community of about 5000 people, located half way between Jasper and Vancouver on HWY 5, North of Kamloops. It is known as an 'Adventure Paradise', and serves as the gateway to Wells Gray Provincial Park. We are including our support & consultation services to the purchaser for the first season, in order to facilitate a smooth transition of ownership. Our history in the area will provide the purchaser with extensive connections related to trails, accommodations/packaging partnerships, website development, advertising, dog meat, Wells Gray Park permit application guidance, overnight/multiple day trip accommodation partners, as well as new local resort development connections.
